Shipped upon payment so PayPal.com is the Quickest. These glass Roses below are made with hand tools and a torch. It is known as Lamp Working, Glass Blowing or Glass Sculpting, they are not molded. The Rose is made of clear solid Pyrex glass and the opening Rose pedal which wraps around the bulb is made of colored Borosilicate glass. The leaves, thorns, and pedals are hand trimmed with your choice of 22 kt. Gold Leaf glaze, or Palladium Leaf (silver looking) glaze. It is fired in a Kiln to give it a shinny finished. The firing in the kiln, known as annealing also gives the Rose strength. They measures approximately 12 inches long and the bulb is approximately 1 and 1/4 inch wide. They come packed in a 20" clear long stem Rose box with tissue, a matching colored bow, and greeting card for any occasion. It is then securely packed and shipped in a cardboard box. |
